Transave - UK credit union
A live operational picture for a regulated lender, built at a speed and price that was not previously available to an organisation this size.
As it ran
Member, arrears and exposure data lived across vendor systems. Reporting meant exports, spreadsheets, and a picture that was already out of date.
What we built
Vendor exports land in a governed data lake and warehouse. Live reporting covers arrears, exposure and member activity, under the audit and data-protection obligations a credit union carries.
What the next one inherits
The pattern, not the tenant. Connectors, schemas and the trail are the reusable part.

The pipeline built for Transave is not bespoke to them. For the next credit union this is configuration and onboarding, not a ground-up project.
As it ran
Each organisation was quoted a bespoke data programme. Cost and time put the work out of reach for mid-sized lenders.
What we built
The same lake, warehouse and reporting shape, pointed at your vendor exports. Arrears and exposure reporting, with the audit trail already in the design.
What the next one inherits
Connectors, schemas, reporting and the trail. What changes is onboarding, not the architecture.

An accepted quote in Quoter becomes a finished job in Xero, with a human still on the payment gate.
As it ran
Quote, invoice, purchase order, dispatch and proof of delivery were a chain of people, inboxes and a spreadsheet. Easy to start, expensive to finish without error.
What we built
Quoter flows through contact, project, item, quote and invoice creation in Xero, a human payment gate, purchase-order splitting by manufacturer, supplier dispatch monitoring, carrier booking, proof of delivery and invoice finalisation.
What the next one inherits
Built once. Near-cloned for the next business like it. The human gate stays; the rest is configuration.
